I went up to get James from his nap the other day and found this "fort." It is EVERY SINGLE toy, stuffed animal, and book in his room all piled up at the entrance.
Me: What is this?
James: It's my fort!
James: and it has a slide...
James: and a door!
Note to self: nothing wrong with his imagination.
And lest you think I am exaggerating about the "EVERY SINGLE TOY" thing, here are the other four corners of his room....
Somehow, this industrious spirit does not translate at clean up time....

I love that he engineered a slide-and that he's a toy hoarder. Got to keep your eyes on all your toys to make sure they aren't having fun without you, right?
