OK, a little late. More on the reason for that later....
We took in the annual Old Town St. Patrick's Day parade. We got there early, set up camp with some lunch, and shoo'd away anyone who thought they MIGHT stand in front of our kids - I mean, really?
Both kids loved the parade and although I don't have any pictures of the Star Wars characters (not quite sure about the Irish tie-in, but whatever), they are forever etched in James' mind. He has no idea what Star Wars is and he certainly hasn't seen any movies, but his new favorite thing to do is run around the house in his underwear saying, "I am Star Wers!" (not a typo - that's how he says it).
And this is Sam.
Sam is 5 1/2 and really gave James a run for his money in the talk-till-he's-blue-in-the-face department. Sam talked James' ear off for the ENTIRE parade. I amused him for a bit UNTIL he asked me if I was on Facebook.
Seriously.
He asked me that.
